A two-day introduction to deep learning paired explanations with practical examples for third-year computer science students.
Arvin Jeostus led the Computer Society workshop on 13 and 14 February. The programme focused on making deep learning concepts approachable through guided examples and activities.
The event brought together 62 participants. Its emphasis was on learning by doing and connecting the concepts to students' academic work, rather than only listening to a lecture.
