IEEE IAS Sahrdaya, PELS GECT, IAS Jyothi Engineering College and the IEEE IA/IE/PELS Joint Chapter Kerala collaborated on this online introduction to electric-vehicle design. D. Navin Sam, an Assistant Professor in EEE at Jyothi Engineering College, led the session.
The presentation explored how MATLAB Simulink can be used to model and simulate electric-vehicle systems, including batteries, motors and motor components. The hour-long programme closed with questions from the audience, giving students a chance to clarify modelling concepts and their applications. The report records 56 participants.
