A collaborative underwater robotics workshop with design discussions, working robot demonstrations and a look at robotics careers.
H2O Forge brought the Computer Society student chapters of GECT, CCE and Sahrdaya together at Government Engineering College Thrissur on 7 October 2023. The workshop ran from 9 AM to 3:30 PM and recorded 52 participants.
Sunil Paul, CEO of Shrishti Robotics, introduced the scope of underwater robotics and the design decisions behind robot development. Participants saw real robot models and demonstrations, alongside discussion of a pathway into robotics and future projects.
